Scott has grown up in the rental industry with over 20 years of event industry experience. Not only has he been involved in the industry at a young age starting in 2002, but he has worked many different roles throughout his career. Scott work over half of his career in the OC market and then moved into the GM role at the Palm Springs location in 2015. Since taking on the GM role he has helped grow and make that location a leader in the market. During his time in the event industry, he has watched it evolve and is always looking to streamline processes and ways to make the client experience the best it can be.

Working in different roles in the rental industry has provided Scott with a deep understanding on how inventory, warehouse, sales and operations function. He is known for jumping in and helping with tasks ranging from loading trucks, routing, order entry, inventory issues, ect. With his leadership skills he works closely with the team to help build their skills and understands the need to mentor his employees and lead by example.

In his free time Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, camping, off road activities and hiking with his dog.
